Who is Adiconsum?

Adiconsum is a non-profit consumer association with operations nationwide. It operates independently to protect consumers. The Association negotiates and coordinates individual and collective consumer defense agreements to eliminate the harassment, unfair commercial practices, and scams that individuals and families experience daily from unscrupulous companies.

Documentation required to access the consumer protection service

For advice and assistance:

  • copy of the applicant's identity card

  • copy of the applicant's tax code

  • written history of events

  • copy of the documentation (deeds, contracts, documents, correspondence) to process the case

  • Adiconsum and/or Cisl membership card, if applicable.

For conciliation procedure:

  • copy of the applicant's identity card

  • copy of the applicant's tax code

  • copy of the relevant documentation

  • copy of the written complaint

  • Adiconsum and/or Cisl membership card, if applicable.

For banking investment procedure:

  • copy of the applicant's identity card

  • copy of the applicant's tax code

  • copy of the risk certificate signed by the investor

  • copy of the updated stamped document

  • copy of the purchase order

  • copy of additional documentation (deeds, contracts, documents, correspondence, etc.) to process the application

  • Adiconsum and/or Cisl membership card, if applicable.

For fine procedures (violations of the Highway Code, tax bills and similar procedures):

  • copy of the applicant's identity card

  • copy of the applicant's tax code

  • copy of the minutes and the postal envelope

  • copy of additional documentation (deeds, contracts, documents, correspondence, etc.) to process the application
